Session Rates

Fees vary depending on the type of service provided. Please contact us for current rates or visit the booking page for specific service fees.

Payment is due at the time of your appointment. A receipt will be provided following each session.

Psychotherapy and counselling services provided by a Registered Social Worker (RSW) are covered by many extended health benefit plans.

Coverage varies between insurance providers and individual plans. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider before your first appointment to confirm whether Registered Social Work services are included in your benefits.

Receipts are provided for submission to your insurance provider.

Luminouslife Wellness offers select services that may be eligible for funding through the Ontario Autism Program (OAP).

Services include individualized, music-based wellness and skill-building sessions designed to support areas such as emotional regulation, communication, confidence, engagement, and personal development.

Families using OAP funding are encouraged to confirm that the service aligns with their individual funding plan and eligible expenses.

Please contact us if you would like more information about OAP-funded services, documentation, fees, or how sessions may support your child’s individual goals.

A limited number of sliding-scale spaces are available for clients who may experience financial barriers to accessing counselling.

Reduced fees are offered based on availability and individual circumstances. Please contact us to inquire about current sliding-scale availability.

We understand that plans can change. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
